- When the Pastor welcomes the NEWCOMERs, the Visitor’s Team Members are to note the NEWCOMERs and greet them after the service.
Altar call
- All Members are to pray silently for a good harvest of souls.
- Watch your designated section for those who respond by putting up their hands.
- Team Leader and Board Bearer should position themselves near the Main Entrance.
- When the Speaker calls the Respondent to the altar, the Altar Team Member should immediately move towards Respondent.
- Encourage and lead them to the front and stand behind them (If the Respondent refuses to move forward, do not force them.).
- As the Pastor leads the prayer, the Altar Team Member shall pray along audibly, to encourage the RESPONDENTs to pray. Observe that the RESPONDENTs is praying along with the speaker. (If not, inform the Team Leader)
- After the sinner’s prayer, at the signal by the speaker, the Altar Team Members shall lead the NEW BELIEVERs towards the Board Bearer who will then lead them to the designated room.
In the Way Ministry Room
- Adult overseer will re-assure the NEW BELIEVERs of their salvation
- Once the briefing is completed, the Team Members shall check and collect the Welcome Cards.
- Lead them to the Dream Cafe or Main Sanctuary
